For your convenience, all ticket orders will be available for pick-up beginning at 5:30 p.m. on the night of the performance. All requests for mailed tickets will be subject to a handling fee.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL--NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
However, if you return your ticket(s) to the ticket office at least one hour before the performance, you can request a tax receipt indicating that you have made a donation of the cash value of the ticket(s) to the Festival.
All exchanges are based on availability and must include the actual paper tickets, if they have been received.
Non Season Subsciption - Exchanges are $2 per ticket up to 48 hours before the show afterwards there is a $5 per ticket charge.
After a performance begins, NO exchanges are possible.
Shows and events begin on time. Allow at least 15 minutes to park, collect tickets, and be seated in the theater before the performance. Curtain times are 7:30 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 8:00 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
Seating assignments are valid only until curtain time. Latecomers will be seated only during an appropriate break in the play's action in available seats, as determined by the House Manager. This may not be until intermission.
The Festival will not cancel earlier than 15 minutes prior to curtain.
In the case of rain every effort will be made to complete the performance, even playing through light showers. Should any performance be rained out before the first intermission, patrons have 2 business days to exchange their ticket(s) for another performance. If a performance is stopped after the first intermission, the evening will be considered complete and NO ticket exchanges will be possible.
