Policies

For your convenience, all ticket orders will be available for pick-up beginning at 5:30 p.m. on the night of the performance. All requests for mailed tickets will be subject to a handling fee. 

Ticket Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL--NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. 

However, if you return your ticket(s) to the ticket office at least one hour before the performance, you can request a tax receipt indicating that you have made a donation of the cash value of the ticket(s) to the Festival. 

Ticket Exchanges

All exchanges are based on availability and must include the actual paper tickets, if they have been received.

• Season Subscription-Exchanges are free up to 48 hours before the show afterwards there is a $5 per ticket charge.

• Non Season Subsciption - Exchanges are $2 per ticket up to 48 hours before the show afterwards there is a $5 per ticket charge. 

After a performance begins, NO exchanges are possible.

Late Arrivals

Shows and events begin on time. Allow at least 15 minutes to park, collect tickets, and be seated in the theater before the performance. Curtain times are 7:30 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 8:00 p.m. Friday-Saturday.

Seating assignments are valid only until curtain time. Latecomers will be seated only during an appropriate break in the play's action in available seats, as determined by the House Manager. This may not be until intermission.

Rain Policy

The Festival will not cancel earlier than 15 minutes prior to curtain.

In the case of rain every effort will be made to complete the performance, even playing through light showers. Should any performance be rained out before the first intermission, patrons have 2 business days to exchange their ticket(s) for another performance. If a performance is stopped after the first intermission, the evening will be considered complete and NO ticket exchanges will be possible.

Terms and Conditions

1. A valid ticket must be produced to an usher in order to enter the theater.
2. The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or to request any ticket holder to leave the theater and take appropriate action to enforce this right.
3. In the event of a cancelled performance, the Festival will not be liable for any additional travel or accommodation expenses.
4. The Festival reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised details for the performance at short notice (for example cast changes). In these instances the Festival is not obliged to refund the ticket or exchange for another performance.
5. On rare occasions the performance or public areas may be filmed, sound recorded or photographed. Buying this ticket affirms your consent to the filming, sound recording and/or photography of yourself as a member of the audience and possible subsequent broadcast/publication.
6. The Festival cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to your personal property while at the venue.
7. The unauthorized use of cameras, videos, or any other sort of audio or visual recording equipment is strictly FORBIDDEN.
8. Mobile phones and other noise-making devices must be turned off at all times in the theater.
9. Strobe lighting, smoke effects, loud bangs, etc. are sometimes used in productions. Please contact the ticket office for further details.
