This year the Festival introduced the "Dragan", a raffle of sorts. All proceeds collected contribute to the expense of a vehicle to transport patrons and their picnic items onto the grounds of Ewing Manor. Available to every patron was an envelope containing entry forms, 1 entry for $5 or 5 for $20, providing a chance to win 3 fabulous prizes! The Festival is happy to announce that:
Keith and Stephanie McElyea won the Grand Prize: an all expense paid trip to NYC!
Steve Wilder won the 2nd prize: a diamond pendant from Bremer Jewelry!
